Scottsdale resort creates luxury hotel for executives, athletes and celebrities

SCOTTSDALE, AZ — The highly acclaimed Fairmont Scottsdale Princess resort is opening a hotel for ultra-wealthy, luxury-oriented consumers within its existing resort.

This fall, the Princess will open the Privado Villas, a new ultra-luxury boutique hotel, which will replace the Casitas at the western end of the 64-acre property. Privado Villas will include 119 residential-style suites and will have a private entrance and reception.

“Over the past year, we have seen an increase in demand for luxury suites, villas and services. We are committed to continually evolving our property and services to maintain our position as an iconic resort,” Princess Regional Vice President and General Manager Jack Miller said in a statement, “Our discerning guests will enjoy their best vacation as our team delivers a carefully planned and personalized experience from booking to check-out in our spacious villas. and luxurious.”

The Princess is in the process of completely renovating the bedrooms at Privado Villas and updating the old Casita pool and renaming it Privado Relaxation Pool. The updated pool will be exclusive to Privado guests and will include a bar.
