Over 50 years of funk, soul and R&B will come to life on the Atlantic City Boardwalk as Tower of Power is set to appear at the Superstar Theater at Resorts Casino Hotel on Friday, June 3. The 10-piece band kick off their night of high-energy feel-good music at 9:00 p.m., playing hits like So Very Hard to Go and Soul Vacation. Guests can also prepare to laugh the night away when the ‘America’s Got Talent’ season 7 star Tom Cotter performs at the Superstar Theatre. The Case of the beach ball butcher: a murder on the 13th floor will be a unique event where the public is part of the action. Taking place on Friday, June 17 and Saturday, June 18, guests can visit the screening room at 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. for their private investigator hour. They will be unleashed on a race to collect clues and solve a major crime that involves finding and interrogating suspects hidden on the 13th floor. There is a killer among them, and no one knows who will be the next victim! A cash bar will be available during the event.
