Landmark Resort Opens New $3 Million Water Park in Myrtle Beach

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) — One of the largest resorts in the Myrtle Beach area has a brand new addition.

Landmark Resort has announced the opening of its massive new water park.

“This is a momentous addition to our resort,” said Kelly Simmons, marketing manager for Vacation Myrtle Beach. “We always want to provide our customers with a unique, fun and enjoyable vacation experience. Adding a new water park to their Myrtle Beach vacation was the perfect way to accomplish this.

The new H2oasis water park spans an enclosed space of 9,800 square feet and is valued at over $3 million.

It is located along Ocean Boulevard across from the Landmark Resort.

People who go to the water park can enjoy three massive water slides, each of which is 40 feet high and stretches 238 feet long.

“These slides will be both fun and exciting for guests. It’s such a unique amenity to have at a Myrtle Beach resort, and we’re thrilled to offer it to our guests,” Simmons said.

There’s also a jungle-themed water play area for younger children.

The Landmark Resort’s water park will be open until October 23, 2022 and will reopen for the season in early spring 2023.
