Say what you want Jinkee pacquiao, but the wife of the senator and boxing champion Manny Pacquiao exudes easy grace and reveals its tasteful design, as seen in a recent video uploaded to his YouTube vlog, Simply Jinkee.
The video features the family’s private vacation complex at Barangay Taluya in Glan, Sarangani. The resort sits on Gumasa Beach, a popular tourist area known for its white sands and serene sunsets.
The video, which garnered over a million views, was made because of the outcry. âI’m not bragging that we have something like this, but you (internet users) asked for it. I am therefore offering you a personal visit, âshe said.
It’s a personal visit, indeed, with Jinkee speaking as if directly with you, even sprinkling his spiel with Bisaya.
The complex includes a main house, two villas (one each for the Jamora [Jinkeeâs side] and the Pacquiao families), a swimming pool, lobby and gazebo accessible via a bridge on the waterfront. It also has a long and wide beach by the sea, where the family meets in an outdoor dining area. for his meals.
âConstruction on this place started seven years ago,â Jinkee says in Filipino as he opens the door to a vast living space. The space reveals a white rattan sofa with teal cushions and colorful cushions. An outdoor atmosphere radiates inside the house.

Beyond the living room, Jinkee takes the viewer into the master bedroom. Before entering this room, there is an area with a balcony that offers a view of the beach. This area, as Jinkee points out, is where she reads the Bible in the morning while enjoying the view.

White rattan furniture is still present in the veranda area, which also extends to the predominantly white and blue master bedroom.
âLooking at the overall design of this vacation home, it really matches the scene as they chose the nautical theme of blue and white,â says interior designer Florence Ang. “It’s really tasteful because it’s simple and blends well with the surroundings.”
Jinkee also shows some of the books she’s reading, such as The power of a woman in prayer. She also lets viewers enter her walk-in closet and marble-tiled bathroom.

Outside the main house and leading to the villas, there is a large garden, which Jinkee is very fond of, saying she is happy with the landscaping and cut.
The garden, however, can use some upgrades as there are random plants spawning in the middle of the grass. âIf you look at the aerial view, there are also some unrefined spots in the grass area. But these can be easily fixed with basic landscaping fixes, âexplains Florence.
Jinkee then goes to Villa 1 and what is commendable is the fact that the design theme has been retained.

âAs you can see, the nautical design is always followed as seen on the curtains, the rattan sofa, the wood panels and the staircase,â explains the interior designer. “It shows the unity in the design and I could see that Jinkee is proud of it because she always mentions that she likes the blue and white theme.”
What’s interesting about Villa 1 is the presence of portraits showing enlarged photos and magazine covers of Jinkee, who jokes that it’s for âwhen I get older I can remember my youth. “

“It shows that she puts her personal touch or her mark in these living spaces,” explains Florence. “It shows that she has her own mind and that she has a preference for design which is easy on the eye, but practical and playful at the same time.”
The villa also has a terrace with views of the garden below. It is a large space, which can use outdoor furniture.
After the villa, Jinkee visits the hall, a kind of games room with a pool table, where the senator is present. There’s also the pool, another chic nautical-themed space, which Jinkee reiterates as his âblue and white conceptâ.

Crossing the beach, Jinkee arrives at the lookout, accessible via a cement bridge. It’s not made of wood, she says, because it can deteriorate faster. The gazebo is where they do their Bible studies and some activities as they love the fresh sea air.

The tour concludes with dinner on the waterfront and home bonding activities with the family. The entire property, which Jinkee describes as his âhappy placeâ in an Instagram post, truly exudes happiness and style too.
