Music legends and trendsetters are expected to take the stage at the Sandestin Music Festival on August 13-14. Online and SMS donations from the music festival will support the National Audubon Society and its efforts to help birds and other wildlife affected by the BP oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.

Sandestin’s inaugural music festival, scheduled for August 13-14, will support the National Audubon Society and its efforts to help birds and other wildlife affected by the BP oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. The Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort Music Festival will be brought to life by a cross section of the most acclaimed country and rock songwriters and performers. Legendary musician and songwriter Steve Cropper, contemporary country trendsetters Jeffrey Steele, Danny Myrick, Marty Dodson and James Slater, acclaimed guitarist and singer-songwriter Lee Roy Parnell, award-winning blues icon Grammy Delbert McClinton, powerful country singer and Broadway star Lari White, and up and coming up-and-coming Kree Harrison will deliver stunning performances as the amenities of the 2,400-acre Sandestin Florida Vacation Resort serve as an idyllic backdrop.
