Accor will open a new dual-brand hotel in the seaside village of Agoi, northwest of Tuapse, thanks to a recent deal with Metriks Development. The resort, home to Mövenpick Resort & Spa Agoi and Mercure Agoi Resort, will occupy a new beachfront building and will feature 280 rooms and 315 branded residences. The facility is expected to open by 2025.
