BRAIDWOOD, IL – A young man and two teenage boys have been linked to four recent robberies on the Shadow Lakes Subdivision after cops found them hanging out at a vacation home with their ill-gotten possessions, police said.
Officers were alerted that a group was hanging out at another man’s home in the Shadow Lakes subdivision, a “year-round resort and residential community”, shortly after midnight Monday.
The owner was not there and intruders were not allowed to be in his house, police said.

When officers arrived at the house, they not only reportedly found intruders Nicholas Sanson, 22, of Wilmington, Misty Jerz, 19, of Joliet, and 17, but also the proceeds of four recent robberies at Shadow Lakes, including tools, a bicycle and electronics.
Sansone and Jerz were taken to Will County Jail. The 17-year-old was taken to the River Valley Juvenile Detention Center.
